Chief Operating Officer
Ryan Robertson
Ryan has more than a decade of proven leadership experience in both development and operations. As Chief Operating Officer, he is tasked with providing leadership that reflects the principles and mission of CR Endeavors. He is responsible for the development and leadership for the firms Active Adult platform. Additionally, he oversees CR Endeavors’ Seniors Housing portfolio. Prior to joining CR Endeavors, Ryan served as Vice President for Bridge Investment Group where he led and institutional portfolio of 1,700+ units across the southeast that produced an average occupancy of 94%.
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Auburn University and Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama- Birmingham. Ryan and his family are members of Mountain Brook Community Church.

Nikki Jo Olsen
Nikki Jo comes to the Arise Elevated Living team with a proven track record of multi-state development, property management operations, and lease-up for active adult properties. Pulling from her experience working with developers, owners, investors, and third-party management groups, she executes a hands-on approach toward team building while striving to exceed goals and grow the portfolio. As the Vice President of Sales and Operations for Arise Elevated Living, Nikki Jo is responsible for directing and implementing all operational and sales strategies to achieve optimal performance while upholding our mission and values.

Amy Stacy
Amy brings a unique blend of expertise as a Senior Recruiter and Estate & Assets Services
Director, with a diverse background in client relationship management and strategic talent
solutions. With extensive experience at the American Cancer Society, she played a pivotal role
in development and leadership, excelling in fundraising, donor engagement, and event
management, ultimately driving multi-million-dollar donations. Known for her ability to exceed
expectations, Amy is recognized for her strong leadership, performance, and results-driven
approach. As the Leasing Specialist, Amy is responsible for implementing the Arise sales and marketing best practices for all new developments in prelease and lease up life cycles. She combines a wealth of experience with a deep commitment
to delivering exceptional service and value to every client interaction ensuring optimal leasing
velocity and resident satisfaction.
